Siri-ously? Apple Sued Over AI Hype

Apple’s facing a spicy new lawsuit, investors are claiming the company overhyped its AI game and tanked the vibes (and stock price). The proposed class action says Apple misled shareholders about how quickly Siri would get a serious AI upgrade. The twist? According to the suit, Apple didn’t even have a working AI prototype when it teased next-gen Siri with the iPhone 16. Oof.
